Returns & Warranty

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Only new, unused items in pristine condition may be returned within 30 days of original invoice date.  If returned, a merchandise credit will be issued less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.  ‍

To begin a return, please complete our RMA FORM. . Fill out the RMA form completely, sign, and email to: sales@hilmanrollers.com. An RMA Number will be provided upon approval, normally within one business day. Include a copy of this form when shipping the product back to Hilman. Please see the below terms and conditions regarding your return.

Return for Credit:  Product must have been originally purchased directly from Hilman Inc. Proof of Purchase may be required if Hilman cannot confirm the original order from the information provided on the RMA form. Product must be returned in new, pristine and unused condition. RMA must be requested within 30 days of original invoice date. Only standard products (defined below) eligible for 20% restocking fee. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Prior shipping & handling charges are non-refundable

Non-Warranty Return for InspectionorRepairare subject to an inspection fee. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Return Under Warranty: To be eligible, the product must have been originally purchased directly from Hilman Inc.  Hilman will repair or replace any covered product or part at our discretion.  All shipping costs will be the responsibility of Hilman Inc.

HILMAN WILL NOT HONOR AN EXCHANGE, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ON PRODUCT RETURNS WITH PHYSICAL DAMAGE, RE-WORK (TO INCLUDE PAINT, MISSING PARTS, ETC.) OR DEFACED LABELS, ETC.,IN THE CASE OF PHYSICAL DAMAGE, THEPRODUCT WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AS IS, C.O.D.

 HILMAN WARRANTY: We warrant each new standard skate product* to be free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years when used as intended.  The warranty commences with shipment of the product to the original user. All other products manufactured by Hilman have a warranty period of one (1) year. Our obligation under this warranty is expressly limited, at our option, to replacement or repair at Hilman, Incorporated, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746 USA, or at a service facility designated by us, of such part or parts as inspection shall disclose to have been defective. This warranty does not apply to defects caused by damage or unreasonable use or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance while in the possession of the consumer.  Consumables such as, poly and nylon wheels, pads and swivel locks are not covered by this warranty.

‍WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, including, but not limited to, consequential labor costs or transportation charges in connection with the replacement or repair of defective parts. We make no warranty with respect to trade accessories. They are subject to the warranties of their manufacturers.

‍THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS ABOVE STATED. HILMAN DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF ITS GOODS OR WARRANTY OF THE FITNESS OF THOSE GOODS FOR ANY PURPOSE OR USE. Subject to the express one-year warranty provided for the repair or replacement of defective goods, the customer acknowledges that it makes its purchase in reliance upon customers’ inspection of the goods purchased from Hilman and not by reason of any representations made by or on behalf of Hilman.

‍We make no other express warranty, nor is anyone authorized to make any on our behalf. Any and all claims arising against Hilman Rollers or subsidiaries or affiliated firms concerning the use of the Hilman Rollers shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey in the USA.
